Ivor has been working in the delivery and management of services since 1976 and with IT Service Management since 1984, initially as an IT Manager within UK Civil Service and now as author, consultant and trainer.
Actively involved in the development process for all elements of the ITIL/BSI best practice in IT Service Management, Ivor was an author for ITIL V1, V2 and V3 and for BS15000 (the standard that was fast tracked to become ISO/IEC20000).
He has delivered consultancy and training globally on the whole range of IT Service Management and is a regular speaker at many industry events and conferences.
Nader has a considerable degree of experience having started working with projects 25 years ago: first, as a project planner in construction projects, and then moving to large process-plant projects. In parallel, he was also involved in IT projects and startups.
Having gradually moved from project planning into the wider project management domain he applied his extensive knowledge and skills to helping project managers and companies improve their project, program, and portfolio management systems.
Nader is a project management speaker and author with more than 40 books on the subject. He is a major contributor to developing a number of project management standards (P3.express, NUPP, PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile®, and the PMBOK® Guide), and has a appetite for developing eLearning courses.
A project management professional and trainer, Patrick started his career as a Civil Engineer eventually progressing into Project Planning and Controls.
With twenty years UK and overseas experience Patrick has been involved in both client and contractor environments in the delivery of mega, complex and iconic infrastructure programmes like London 2012 Olympics, High Speed 2, Crossrail, King's Cross St. Pancras Redevelopment, Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL) and Oil and gas developments.
Now, as trainer and consultant, his enthusiasm for the subject of project planning and controls is shared with his students and clients. He holds the following certificates: Project Planning and Control, Earned Value Management, Prince2 and Primavera P6.
Peter is a trainer, author (6 published books) and consultant with over 40 years’ experience in Service Governance, Corporate Governance and Clinical Governance. He has provided Service Management and Service Governance consulting and training to customers in many sectors, and countries, including Healthcare, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Retail, Oil, Banking, Insurance, Car Hire and Academia.
Having worked for HP for 20 years he held various positions and managed the Consulting and Project Management team for HP’s European out-sourcing operation, the Customer Network Centre (CNC), based in Bristol.
Peter is qualified to deliver ITIL 4 and ITIL V3, Business Analysis and holds ISO20000 Consultant’s Certificate Management. He provided the consultancy to the award winning ITIL pilot for Hewlett Packard (HP) to Samsung Semiconductor in South Korea.
