This 2-day course prepares delegates for the Practitioner exam and looks at how they can effectively apply the PRINCE2® methodology to their own projects.
What is the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification?
PRINCE2 is one of the world’s most widely used project management methods. Based on best-practice, the method can be applied to any project irrespective of its size, industry sector, geographic location or culture.
The PRINCE2 Practitioner teaches you how to apply and tailor PRINCE2 for effective project management. Giving you the skills to feel confident in managing projects successfully within the workplace and provide you with greater control of resources and the ability to manage business and project risk in an effective manner.
Who is the qualification for?
This course would benefit those individuals having successfully gained the Foundation qualification and now looking to obtain the necessary skills to apply the PRINCE2 method to their projects.
How is it assessed?
The format of the Practitioner exam is as follows:
150 minute exam duration
Open book (official PRINCE2 manual only)
38/68 required to pass = 55% pass mark
After recap and consolidation of the Foundation learning content, and upon completion of this classroom course, you should be able to:

In order to sit the Practitioner exam you must have passed the Foundation exam.
